Meet Duncan, an Acely 2024 Student

Follow Duncan's Journey Studying with Acely

Duncan took the SAT on March 9th, 2,024 and he got a 1280. He wasn’t happy with his score so he sought extra help and found Acely!

After 3 Months, Duncan's score increased 170 points!

“In prepping for the June SAT, Acely was definitely what I used most to study. I liked how you could do full length sections of just one subject, so I could choose either English or Math to focus on for one week. I also liked the large variety of questions and how you were able to select the question difficulty. On the June SAT I got a 1450, so Acely helped bump by score up 170 points!”

— Duncan, Acely User

After an additional month of Acely studying, Duncan increased his score an additional 50 points!

“I studied for one more month from November to December tor the December 7th DSAT. I scored a 1500 and could not be happier!”

— Duncan, Acely User

Through the help of Acely, Duncan was able to increase his score by 220 points.

Congrats, Duncan!

Acely: 10/10

Acely was absolutely amazing for me. I used Acely for about 1 and a half month when studying for this March SAT and the improvement was incredible. I got a 1360 on my December SAT and a 1530 on my March SAT: a 170-point difference in just 1 and a half months’ worth of studying! Absolutely a 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone looking to boost their scores.

100% worth it

I bought this service right after I took the March Digital SAT and immediately realized how helpful it was. I got a 1300 on the March SAT and knew I needed more than one month. So, I upgraded from the one month to the three month plan and grinded hundreds of questions over the summer getting my accuracy up. The best part of the program is definitely the individual questions and how they have them mapped out in the subsections that College Board has laid out on their SAT practice question bank. The AI tool giving hints is also helpful and is good at giving step by steps to help solve difficult questions. The only minor concern I have is that some of the practice tests do have questions that are extremely difficult, especially in module 1 which doesn’t exactly mimic the real exam but this might not even be a flaw. Preparing with these harder practice tests(harder than bluebook practice tests) was super helpful on the real test and I got a 1510 on the October Exam. I’d recommend this for anyone who needs help getting those hard module 2 questions down and anyone who wants to learn the fundamental questions of the exam.

Frequently Asked Questions

Students should take a practice test first to understand their baseline score. Then they should figure out their target score and test date.

They should input all of this information into Acely’s study plan to help them figure out weekly goals to achieve. The study plan will lay out how many questions and practice tests per week to complete, and which topics to focus on.

Yes! But it takes a lot of consistent studying and dedication, especially if you’re hoping to make a significant point improvement.

We recommend using Acely’s study plan tool and platform in combination with the College Board Bluebook practices tests.

For the best results, we’d recommend at least 20 minutes of studying a day (or more depending on your goals) over the course of three months. Students should use Acely’s tools to identify their weaknesses and focus a lot of studying there. They should also make sure to review all of their mistakes within Acely so they can learn from them. Learning from mistakes is one of the essential parts of SAT prep.

Yes! Acely offers 7,500+ SAT practice questions plus 25 full-length adaptive SAT practice tests. The test content and features are based on the CollegeBoard’s Bluebook digital SAT test. Students can continue taking the adaptive test until they run out of new questions.

Acely also offers 2,800+ Acely questions for the PSAT® test, 10 full-length PSAT practice tests, 4,200+ Acely questions for the ACT® test and question banks for AP Biology, AP Calculus, AP Pre Calculus, AP English Literature, AP World History, and AP US History.

We built a system that interfaces with foundational LLMs to facilitate conversations between the user and the Acely bot. We can plug in various generative AI models to this system and rapidly experiment in order to evaluate which foundation model can deliver the most helpful, conversational, and natural-sounding study buddy for users. Hints are generated by AI and answer explanations are augmented by AI.

For a given question we “show” the model additional information pertaining to the question. This results in higher quality, more specific, more relevant responses and reduces the risk of the model veering off in its response.

Additionally, all questions and answers are human-verified to ensure accuracy.
